In Latvia, savings bonds worth €323 million were issued last year, while €274 million were redeemed, according to the annual report of the State Treasury.

The total value of savings bonds held by Latvian residents reached €370 million by the end of 2025, increasing by approximately €48 million over the year. The number of investors approached 7,900.

The State Treasury notes that demand for savings bonds remained stable in 2025, reflecting strong investor confidence in this instrument. More than 60% of the redeemed bonds were reinvested.
